2017 Symposium: Unlocking your Teaching Potential in ELT
The 2017 Symposium: Unlocking your Teaching Potential in ELT was held at The Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador- Ambato on January 20 and 21, 2017, which included talks on numerous topics about the new trends in ELT along with practical workshops focused on different areas to improve the student’s learning. Julie Watson – Cambridge University Press Manager shared Having Fun Communicating with Serious Results, which has captured the audience’s interest. This time, Cambridge English Language Assessment – Argentina represented by Graeme Harrison – Head of CELA-Southern Cone and Andes showed the audience “Do the Write Thing: The positive impact of writing assessment” which was extremely useful for English Language Teachers.
260 English language teachers from all over the country came to the event sharing unique experiences and improving their knowledge of the new era of ELT.
Several international organizations such as Education First, Books and Bits – Education, Guayaquil bookshop, International House, Yachay Tech University were part of the event.
